Goods delivery time

*In-stock items : 1-2 business days. Note: Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

*Make-to-order items : 4-6 weeks. Most items are made after the order is placed. To ensure consistent quality, each product will undergo a careful inspection process before being shipped. Thank you for your patience.

*Limited-time pre-order items : Items pre-ordered within the specified time will be shipped out according to the event schedule (please contact customer service for details).

How to ship goods

After purchasing from the online store, the product will be collected via express delivery.

Free shipping within Hong Kong.

We offer free shipping. For any items you purchase online, we will ship them via SF Express. You can also choose to pick them up from a SF Smart Locker. We will provide a tracking code via email after your package is shipped.

SF Express delivery time : 2-3 working days .

Note: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

If the goods fail to be delivered after they have been shipped due to reasons such as an incorrect address provided by you, you may need to pay the return shipping fee and the reshipping shipping fee. In addition, you will need to pay an extra 10% of the order amount for goods storage and administrative fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Every item undergoes rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. However, if you find any manufacturing defects upon receiving the item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. After confirming that the problem is not caused by human error and that the item has not been used ( including all packaging must be intact ) , we will arrange for a replacement.

LUXQUISITE offers one exchange service (excluding customized items). Please apply for an exchange before the item is shipped or within 24 hours of receiving the item, and only items of equal or higher value can be exchanged.
