Myths about GIA certificates: Does every piece of jewelry have a GIA certificate?

We often receive inquiries from customers asking, "Do you provide GIA certificates?" GIA is indeed the most widely recognized and representative diamond grading institution. However, did you know that not every piece of jewelry can be authenticated using such a high-standard method?
Think about it, under what circumstances would you need to spend nearly a thousand yuan to make a certificate?
for example
- A single diamond exceeding 30 carats is typically used in wedding rings.
- Loose diamonds (if they have already been made into jewelry, their grading by the GIA is usually not accurate).
- Diamonds from unreliable, dubious vendors
However, in the fashion jewelry industry, GH color diamonds are generally used, with a clarity of approximately SI.

This already meets market demand and economic benefits. However, using a large number of these small diamonds without individually grading them is not efficient or cost-effective, and therefore, no GIA certificate will be provided.
Furthermore, the reliability of a GIA certificate can only be verified by matching the serial number engraved on the diamond. However, engraving a serial number on small diamonds smaller than 30 points is simply too difficult…
However, everyone must be worried, "What should I do? I'm afraid I'll buy a fake diamond!"
